Hey there! I’m Lexie with an “ie”! I’m so glad you’re here and I can’t wait to get to know you!
I am a Texas girl through and through and joyfully serve the Dallas-Fort Worth area with a passion for preserving moments! I love being a part of once in a lifetime events and really value the responsibility my clients hand me in capturing those memories. My goal is for my clients to be able to look back on the photos I take and relive all the feelings and emotions captured in them and to share those with their families and all the people closest to them.
My main loves (other than photography of course) are my best friend/husband, Joe, and our beautiful little girl, Emma. When I’m not taking or editing pictures, you'll usually find me hanging out with them, having dance parties in the living room! Joe and I met on Tinder back in 2014 and I like to think we are one of Tinder's great success stories (shoutout to all my couples who met online)! Haha! We tied the knot in 2016 and have been living our best lives ever since. Being married myself, I know what immense joy it can bring to your life, which is why I'm such a fan of weddings! On a wedding day, you'll find me smiling real big as the bride walks down the aisle, crying during emotional toasts, and dancing the night away with you while I snap fun dancing pics!

My Style
I want all of my couples to have fun and enjoy their sessions and events so I do my best to make it as relaxed as possible and offer a lot of encouragement throughout! I specialize in bright natural lighting and images that are joyful and timeless.

I created this business myself, and it is one of my greatest accomplishments, but I couldn’t have done it without the people who trust me with their memories - over and over again! For me, the best feeling is when clients come back and ask me to capture each stage of their life. I have seen people through engagements, weddings, pregnancies, and babies and being such a big part of their lives is truly one of the biggest highlights of this calling! I like to think that after your wedding is done or your session is over, we're basically besties, because I truly see myself as more than just your photographer! I'll be your hair fixer, your dress fluffer, your hype girl, and anything else you need on your day!
Being a detail oriented, patient person has been a big strength in this business - especially with pets! Have a puppy (or three?!) you want to bring to your session? DO IT! I was actually a dog trainer for five years and have no shame in doing whatever it takes to get you the perfect photos with them! Puppies or not, I strive to make my sessions as fun as possible and bring joy and energy to every shoot. Not only because I want you to be comfortable, but because what are we doing if we aren’t having fun?!

She is patient, flexible and quick to come up with solutions when needed - which is key during a big event. We had an outdoor ceremony but a storm rolled in as soon as I walked the aisle. The rain didn't stop her (and the second shooter). Instead, she did everything she could to get us some incredible and creative photos. Lexie is extremely professional (maintains great relationships with a wide variety of vendors too which is a plus! She worked perfectly with our videographer), has an amazing eye for detail and will make you feel comfortable in front of the camera (which helps when you have no idea what to do!) Hiring Lexie to shoot our wedding was one of our best decisions. Like most weddings, quite a few things did not go to plan but her easy-going, patient and calm attitude helped so much during a stressful time.
